“Susegad” (pronounced Su-shay-gaad) derived from the Portuguese word “Sossegado” is the Goan way of life. This serene and content lifestyle can be felt in every village. The lazy afternoons, the delectable food, doing what you love, spending quality time with friends and family is the recipe for a Susegad life. We hope to bring this Susegad aura to your home with our curated pieces.

 

Our vision revolves around leaving the least amount of carbon footprint in the world. All the items here are biodegradable or recyclable at the very least. We hope the collection of bamboo, moonj grass, ceramic and terracotta items can bring joy to your home.

 

Every item showcased here is sourced from artists and craftsmen directly within India. We believe there is immense beauty and elegance in our traditional handicrafts that represent our culture, but we handpick the modern ones for the 21st century. ;)
